PODCAST SESSION MARKS NATIONAL LIBRARY WEEK AT PM SHRI KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA
SATTENAPALLI As part of the ongoing National Library Week (14–20 November)
celebrations, PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya Sattenapalli organised a special
student-led podcast session in the school premises. Four students — Shlok (Class
8), Sandeep (Class 9), and Sudeep & Shamila (Class 7) — took the lead in
presenting an engaging discussion on books and reading culture. During the
podcast, the students spoke about their favourite books, memorable characters,
the habit of daily reading, and how books shape one’s imagination and knowledge.
The highlights of the podcast included reflections on how libraries support
learning, how reading improves creativity, and why students should spend more
time with books than gadgets. The young speakers confidently expressed their
thoughts, inspiring their peers to explore the world of books. Principal Shri
Jagadish Kumar Gupta appreciated the students for their enthusiastic
participation. He highlighted the importance of reading in building a strong
foundation for life, sharing his own experiences with books during his school
days. He encouraged students to visit the library regularly and make reading a
lifelong habit. The event successfully promoted reading awareness among students
and added an innovative touch to the National Library Week celebrations at the
Vidyalaya.
జాతీయ గ్రంథాలయ వారోత్సవంలో భాగంగా పాడ్కాస్ట్ కార్యక్రమం PM SHRI
కేంద్రీయ విద్యాలయ సత్తెనపల్లిలో నిర్వహణ సత్తెనపల్లి, నవంబర్ — జాతీయ గ్రంథాలయ
వారోత్సవం (నవంబర్ 14–20) సందర్భంగా PM Shri కేంద్రీయ విద్యాలయ సత్తెనపల్లి లో
విద్యార్థులు పాల్గొన్న ప్రత్యేక పాడ్కాస్ట్ కార్యక్రమం సోమవారం నిర్వహించబడింది.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో 8వ తరగతి శ్లోక్, 9వ తరగతి సందీప్, అలాగే 7వ తరగతి సుదీప్ మరియు
షైలా పాల్గొని పుస్తకాల ప్రాముఖ్యత, తమ ఇష్టమైన పుస్తకాలు, పఠన అలవాటు, పుస్తకాలు
మన ఊహాశక్తి మరియు జ్ఞానం ఎలా పెంపొందిస్తాయో గురించి ఆసక్తికరంగా మాట్లాడారు.
పాడ్కాస్ట్ ప్రత్యేకతగా — గ్రంథాలయాల పాత్ర, పఠనపు అలవాటు విద్యార్థులకు తెచ్చే
మార్పులు, పుస్తకాలు గాడ్జెట్లపై ఆధారపడకుండా ఎలా మంచి మిత్రులవుతాయో గురించి
విద్యార్థులు విశ్లేషించారు. వారి భావోద్వేగపూర్వక వ్యాఖ్యలు సహ విద్యార్థుల్లో
పుస్తక పఠనంపై ఆసక్తిని పెంచాయి. ప్రధానాచార్యులు శ్రీ జగదీష్ కుమార్ గుప్తా
విద్యార్థుల ఆత్మవిశ్వాసాన్ని అభినందిస్తూ, జీవిత నిర్మాణంలో పఠనపు ప్రాధాన్యత
గురించి మాట్లాడారు. తన విద్యార్థి దశలో పుస్తకాలతో తన అనుభవాలను పంచుకొని,
విద్యార్థులు గ్రంథాలయాన్ని తరచూ సందర్శించాలని, పఠనాన్ని జీవితాంతం అలవాటుగా
చేసుకోవాలని సూచించారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమం గ్రంథాలయ వారోత్సవాన్ని మరింత సృజనాత్మకంగా
మార్చి, పఠనంపై విద్యార్థుల్లో చైతన్యం పెంచడంలో విజయవంతమైంది.
